How do we reserve WVO services for our wedding/event?
​White Veil Occasions requires a 50% deposit for our services to reserve your wedding or event date. The remaining balance is due in full two week prior to your event.

What is our investment quote based on?
Your quote will be based on the size of your wedding, the scope of work as well as the date. All packages always include two day of coordinators.

How/Where will we meet?

Our initial consultion is typically at a coffee house or cafe. After that we can meet at our in home office located north of Jacksonville or at vendor offices. We will do what works best for you or that particular meeting's needs. We also offer virutal meetings for our out of town clients. 

Do you plan for events other than weddings?

Yes! We do sweet 16's, anniversaries, engagement parties as well as Bridal Showers AND Bachelorette Parties! We also have a sister company Never Grow Up which plans luxury children's birthday parties! 

We only need assistance with setting a few things up. Do you offer an hourly rate?
We do offer an a la carte rate of $130/hour that can be added on to any package if you need additional time OR as a seperate package if you only need a few hours of help on your wedding day. (Tip: If you need 8 or more hours of assistance, it is a better deal to book a day of coordination package!)
